1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Shunrynnhraxil.world, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of Elvexa. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the eligibility conditions and procedures set out in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order
- The product must be returned unopened (sealed) or with at least 50% of the product remaining if opened
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
- The product must be in its original packaging where possible
- The refund request must be made by the original purchaser
We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order date, order number, and reason for the return
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product
- Ship the product to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or significant error on our part). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- The product has been used beyond 50% of its contents
- The refund request is made more than 60 days after delivery
